Can't beat the price or the performance
Skeptical at first, I mean how can you trust a plastic knife blade. So far I have used it as a steak knife, box cutter, letter opener, produce trimmer, gardening knife, I've thrown it, stabbed plastic bottles, aluminum cans, and hacked through a pineapple and it performs like any other knife in my collection. Feel sorry for Texans I guess their governed outlawed these there. I'm buying one for each member of my immediate family for Christmas this year.
