TriTip this weekend
I bought this because of the temp adjustment. It worked great. I was able to reach my temp and control it for just the right amount of time to slow smoke a tri-tip. Good unit, easy to calibrate when using an oven temp gauge. I would recommend this to someone who wants to get the most out of their smoker.

3500HD replacement wheels re-conditioned
Original equipment DOT approved and in New condition. The condition and packaging are first rate. If your wheels are rusty and crusty, don't hesitate to upgrade the wheels for safety and piece of mind.
