Works on Windows 10 PC accessing AT&T Network with Tracfone SIM Card
Working in US.
May need to set APN to access correct network.
Included software was for Movistar. I installed it, not sure if I needed to or not.

Functional with Issues
My wrist size is about 7" around measured with a tape, where I wear them (just up my forearm from the bony knobs of the wrist). They fit a bit snug, but not uncomfortably. The tension may decrease over time, or I get used to it, I'm not sure which. I would not want them if my wrists were significantly larger.
15min. or so after using, I can still see a red area where they were.
They did reduce the amount of sweat that ran down my arms onto my hands.
They shed. Little black bits of the material keep falling out. Sometimes I think I see ants on the floor, but it's actually threads from the Chill-Its.

Cheap way to get more PCIe lanes
2 of 2 found this helpful If you don't need lots of cores (compared to other Threadrippers), this works well. I have had no problems.
Installation is more complicated that most mainstream CPUs, but not difficult. I did not have to reseat it in the socket or anything like that. It requires much more thermal paste than a mainstream CPU.
It works with the lower TDP & price X399 motherboards. I'm using it in an ASRock X399 Phantom Gaming 6.
It is running my NAS, for which is overkill except for the PCIe lanes that I need for a NIC & M.2 carrier card at x16.
