Excellent collection of modern music
Several of the works on this excellent little Opus One CD are traditional in concept, but quite lovely. Outstanding, however, is "Cycles of Moons and Tides" by the late and very great Mary Jeanne Van Appledorn. The CD includes an excellent performance of my Bass Clarinet Concerto performed by Scott Vance and the Brandeis Chamber Orchestra conducted by composer Barney Childs.

Excellent turmeric at a good price.
2 of 2 found this helpful This seems to me to be fine quality turmeric, and a pound of it for ten dollars seemed a really good deal. Turmeric provides many important health benefits and it's good to have a solid quantity on hand. Thank you.

A startling series of strange tales woven together brilliantly.
This is a quality reprint of one of my favorite films of all time. The cover design, however, has nothing whatever to do with the film itself. The film is a series of stories told by various individuals as they find themselves drawn to an old house. One involves a mirror which, when looked at, reflects a different room. The final tale of a ventriloquist who is murdered by his dummy is shockingly carried out. A great film.
