does not work with 18650

With the supplied 7.5 Ohm resistor, an 18650 LiPO shows "Err4" or too much current. The limit is specified as 3A. A 3.7V LiPO into 7.5 ohms is only 0.5A. Clearly this one missed the calibration. Maybe there is some combination of battery and load resistor where this device will work, but I can't find it. The instructions say there is a way to calibrate it, but they are so bad I can't figure them out and I'm an engineer!
