  Seller was friendly until I pointed out once the phone arrived it had screen burn all the way around. Description had no mention of this. Sent pictures & proof, yet was not willing to help at all. Links were sent from Samsung forums explaining the issue isn’t something that can be fixed by troubleshooting & that screen needed replacing but seller still doesn’t agree, of no help & not willing to send return label to send the phone back either stating that lies with the buyer.
