Not for Use with External Battery Pack
Basiclly if you want this as a portable charge dock that is smaller then the official one(without tv connectivity) Its perfect.
If you want to play and charge on the go say with friends. No.
Unless your using the official nintendo wall charger that came with your switch this stand downgrades the Amps and it will no longer maintain charge while you play. Just slow the drain down.
If you used a usb battery pack it will just slow down the rate the switch dies. If you plug the same pack into the switch without this stand your switch will probably keep its charge while playing till your pack is dead. The wall charger by nintendo is the exception. The stand lets it charge at full speed( so you can play and charge if your connected to the wall)

Xbox one / Playstation 4
Bought these because they are similar to Apples earbud shape and there Android compatible which means they WORK with xbox one and playstation 4 controllers as head sets. Microphone and all. Friends said the mic was alot clearer then the headset that came with the xbox. The rubber on the buds are Actually quite comfortable.

Simple but Great
I bought this to power on/off a raspberry pi from bed(retropie game console). This does that perfectly. Before I found this I would have to get up and unplug the usb power source from the 35$ computer in order to turn it fully off. This can be plenty useful for other things. maybe a fan on the other side of the room? Maybe a lamp? I haven't personally found anything else to use it for yet. But the opportunities are rather endless for what can be turned on and off with the press of a button. Basically anything that doesn't have a built in power switch this would be perfect for. I think the only downside would be the remote battery.. Its not a standard size(ex; AAA/AA) its something in the middle. Ill figure that out when it dies in a year or so(hopefully).
