  Mug was broken upon receiving. PO said box was too small for item. Contacted seller, who was rude by stating, “the mug wasn’t broken when it was sent.” I had to pay $11 to send it back to get my refund. While I understand there’s a return the item policy; why send it back when it can only go in the trash? Was there a thought that I’d glue it back together and drink out of it? (Look @ the pics and you decide if that’s possible). Yes, I got my refund, but the experience was absolutely horrid!
