It makes french fries
It will cut french fries. You have to disassemble it every time you use it to clean it, have your tools nearby. I don't consider myself weak at all but pushing the potato through the cutter for 1/4" French fries is very difficult. The potato will get stuck at the end of pressing and you have to whack it a few times back-and-forth to finish it through or send another potato through pushing the previous one
I suspect the blades will wear out and you have to buy replacements which are very expensive compared to cutter
I'm sure they're better cutters out there
