It just works. Plug is a little tight and can scrape usb ports.
It just works. The instructions say to connect it to a usb port supplying 5VDC power. I've been able to use it by plugging it into my computer, monitor, and a phone charger.
The usb plug is a little tight and the metal frame scrapes the insides of usb ports. The instructions say to unplug it when finished using (it is always on and drawing power), so repeated use will cause additional damage. Luckily, I have a really short extension cable that I can leave it plugged into which I can unplug instead.
