It do not take in consideration bank's modern practices and updates on credit report's procedures...Like borrowers income, bankruptcy, collections,fico scores, or whether the borrower own property and other assets, amount on savings and business ownership etc. For the borrower to own his own home is a strong factor to obtain large credit lines... And do not ignore FICO factors and structure... Nevertheless it is a good idea, it just need update and refinement to be powerful...
