Refurbished product
1 of 1 found this helpful Not sure if it was due to buying refurbished or if this is from manufacturer this way but I've tried 2 and neither can give me more than a few feet from my phone...the noise reduction is good, so this will work for driving with window down fine as long as you do not take headset away from phone basically. If you do, you will sound like a robot as well as whom you are talking to,the static is horrible and even if headset is on but you are not talking and walk away from phone then go back within the 3 to 4 foot range, until you turn headset off and then back on, you will continue to get static and not hear a word anyone says.
