Great value - does the job at little cost
Does the job as well as more expensive OBD2 20 pin/16 pin adaptor connectors. It looks to be of sufficient quality to have a long life. So why pay more?

Perfect fit makes for easy use.
The RST219 Ryco spin-on filter cup tool is a nice tight fit for the Ryco 14 flute Ryco Z543 oil filter fitted to the VW Transporter T5, making tightening and lossening of the filter very easy and straightforward. T5 owners who do their own oil changes will know how difficult the oil filter is to access, making other types of oil filter tools useless as there is insufficient room to apply them. Also, unlike similar cup tools, the Ryco tool has thin 'flute' wall, allowing the tool to fit easily between the filter canister and engine block. Note that the RST219 is only suitable for 14 flute oil filters with a diameter of 74mm, however, the oil filter for many makes of cars are of this dimension. But before purchasing, check that this is the right tool for your oil filter.

Did the job as was needed
The crimp connectors did exactly what they are meant to do. I can’t fault the quality. And at a price well below normal retail.
