  After waiting 3 weeks, the Coffee Mug arrived inadequately packaged, and damaged. The handle was broken into 4 pieces with small chips missing. Surprisingly no small chips or dust in the package? Seller only willing to refund 58.5% of amount paid. Totally unacceptable. DO NOT USE. AVOID
