disappointing
looks really nice when it arrives but after a week of being in situ it has rusted and its shine has gone. I believe its scariness is in its ability to reflect. very disappointing

not a fan of the subject matter
0 of 1 found this helpful am a fan of this author, but the content of this book is not holding me, due to the internet connections and the instagram writings, which I find irritating and a waste of pages. Being a 70 year old I do not understand any of it and find it a waste of my time. I am skipping these pages and hope that the story line gets better and there is a lot more to keep me interested or I shall give up.

a book full of common sense which most of us ignore. exercises are great and work. BRILLIANT book
