The proclaimed 15 mph you get at best the first 10 min after that battery performance drops. Hill climbing is also a challenge even for small inclines you end up pushing the scooter faster than it drives.
If you mostly use it in flat areas it's OK and better than walking, but IMO not worth the $200.
If you want a solid ride checkout the scooters at hyperpowersports website - I have one of the 48v 1600W Lithium Hyperacing models and they are a blast - 35-40 mph, no issues up-hill. Yes, they cost more, but they make up in fun factor.
This is a great universal laptop for everyday office and private use. Powerful enough to do your video and photo editing (might want to upgrade to an SSD though instead of the standard HDD).
Only cons - 1) No Ethernet port (you can get an adapter for USB to Ethernet conversion), 2) Power plug that connects to the laptop is small and might break over time, 3) Finger prints show easily on the surface material (minor issue for me).
Overall more than worth the price.
