1 of 1 found this helpful I wanted to lose weight and this looked like the easiest way to do it. I have lost 5 lbs and have not been deprived of any food. I have been on it for 3 weeks and I don't have that much weight to lose so it is very easy. It certainy does help in the belly fat area if you stay on it long enough and that is what I needed the most. I'm sure anyone who has a lot of weight to lose would find this book very good. It is only a 4 day preparation for cleansing which is much shorter than most.
