Painful
The sctual product is great. My daughter loves it. Its sturdy, secure, no complaints. BUT putting it together was a nightmare. The "tools" included with this thing should be for children and have no applicability in adult world of "some assembly required ". Had to buy a special tool for $10 just to end the suffering. Some of the holes in the metal weren't drilled to fit the screw....thank god for hammers...in other words, if you want a great product this is it, but be prepared to curse profusely during the assembly.

Save your money
This is by far the worst I‘ve ever experienced. First, it doesn’t get hot enough to do anything it advertises. Second, it’s flimsy and cheaply made. Granted, I should’ve made that conclusion just from the price, but took a chance. That’s what I get. Third, it literally rips your hair out as you are trying to glide it through your locks and I have silky smooth hair that just need a final touch. We are not talking about frizz and kinks like in all the videos and pic. Lastly, there’s no steam. Not hot enough to produce any. It just slowly cooks your damp hair and likely will take you a couple of hours to get he through your routine at this pace. Clearly the reviews that have been left in other listing for the product are solicited and couldn’t be farther from the truth. There may be a product out there that does what it advertises that looks it’s like this one, but this is clearly a poor imitation of that product. Pay three time more and get a CHI!
