Great for fast eaters!!
This is a fantastic product, and a must for a dog that eats too fast. It works much better than the bowls with built in obstructions. The ball doesn't annoy the dog, and pushes around easily while slowing down eating. I use this for both of my rescue dogs that ate super fast.

One was good, one was not.
These are supposed to be dishwasher safe, but after putting them through the wash before using them, one of the lids separated. The stainless top came apart from the plastic inside. I actually contacted the manufacturer, but didn't receive a response. The other cup is in good condition and I will not put them through the dishwasher again. Other than the lid separation, they are really good insulated cups.

So simple, yet brilliant!
No one ever needs to ask, or even ponder for a second, 'which one do I pull for the fan?' It's simple, and perfect!
