Please help
Hey there, so I am a loyal weathertech customer and buy all my interior and exterior protection accessories for all my vehicles because of the quality material’s and great fitment to spec. Never had any issues to now unfortunately, I’ve installed these visors on other vehicles numerous times, so I’m very familiar with the the installation instructions. I always make sure to go step by step at a time. Upon installing these putting up the windows slowly in small increments getting to fully close the front windows, I could hear the plastic crack. Upon reviewing the visors the top edges cracked off leaving me with loose visors when windows are down. Please note, the issue is only the 2 front visors! The back ones seem to be fine and in place. Another thing I noticed upon installing the visors was that the back pair had the double sided adhesive tape and not the front pair. Not sure if they were already tried and returned or they didn’t require it. Called Weathertech and they told me not to worry, that I should be given a replacement pair for the mishap. Please let me know the next steps I must take to do so, thanks!
