I live on a county line and accidentally filled out our address as being in the town next to us rather than our actual town (it's happened before, very confusing, etc.). I received a notification from the post office that they would be unable to deliver due to insufficient address. Between contacting the seller and going to the local post office I was able to retrieve the item. The seller was so helpful and communicative! 10/10 recommend!
