Seems to help thyroid.
I think it's a good product because my thyroid test are better. I also take natural thyroid medicine and natural hormone replacement therapy so it is probably a combination of all three. I did feel like the price is getting out of hand. To get this same amount a few months ago, it was about $10.00 cheaper.
