Really rather good - if you don't mind getting your fingers inky
I bought a pack of three of these almost purely out of curiosity and not expecting very much. The three pens are quite different - two fine, one medium and one dry, one medium, one wet - which shows that QC isn't very good. But, at this price, if I'd ended up with one that was OK, I'd have been happy. As it turned out, with cleaning, a little nib tweaking and polishing, all three wrote well and I really like two of them.
I find that, although I prefer an open (more traditional style) nib for writing, I really like the fine, shrouded nib for maths and one of these 616s has become my most used maths pen, ahead of my old Kaigelu 356, fitted with a JoWo fine nib, and the much more expensive Wing Sung 618 (which is from a different Wing Sung, just to make things more confusing.
As delivered, all three were scratchy and had flow issues so I wouldn't recommend these if you just want to buy and use, but they are a bargain if you don't mind getting your fingers inky. Don't even be put off if you don't know what to do - there are plenty of online guides and then you just need a sheet of micromesh and a loupe.

Leave that backpack at home
I thought I'd try this bag to save having to take a backpack every day. It holds more than I was expecting - pump, spare tube, levers, lights, lunch, work clothes etc in my case - and once you get the hang of it, it's really convenient and ... it's so much better without the backpack.
The bag could be even more waterproof, some sort of carrying handle would be great and the mounting for a rear light is a bit flimsy and fiddly but I'm impressed and very glad I took the gamble of buying.

It IS crazy expensive... but it's actually worth it.
I bought this to see if any fountain pen ink could possibly justify this price level. I'm not sure if it's twice as good as, say, Diamine but it's extremely good ink. And Asa Gao is a beautiful colour, so I'm very pleased with my purchase and it's my new favourite ink. For those who care about that sort of thing, the bottle is rather special too.
