Appears to be a real Audi bag with Audi logo
Well made and heavy duty. i replaced my 2000 A6, which had a permanently mounted ski bag with a 2014 S6, which does not, and which should have had the removable bag but did not. This is large enough for at least two pairs of skis and poles.
Received in new unused condition.
Audi parts charges $750.00 U.S. for this bag.

Very good sound, practical. Good value at the price.
Connected to JBL 305P monitors. Contains crossover, subwoofer, and sub poweramp in one package. No fiddling to match sub and monitor levels. Accepts pro balanced input.
Sounds very good, more than adequate power in my 320 sq ft room. Looks nice, but it's under my desk so that isn't important.
i'd like more low end extension, but that's hard to get in a small package. It won't do a 16Hz pipe organ fundamental, but will do 32hz low B on a five string bass.
I was going to build my own sub, but the price for driver, amp, and crossover was near the price of this self contained unit and i didn't have spend the time building.

New parts, correct part number, real Audi
These appear to be real Audi parts, not Chinese knockoffs. Condition is new, no marks or damage, fits like it should.
