Snore guard

The snore guard is good for the price. I use a cpap, and I wake up with a dry mouth and throat because my mouth opens a little. I tried this guard with the plug in it. I still woke with a dry mouth. I also was told I grind my teeth a little, so I figured this would help. The guard helps keep the lower jaw from dropping back and allowing the throat passage to block. This should help a lot of snorers. I found that the pull caused my lower front teeth to be sore. I temporarily stopped using it, but I’ll try it again. I also will try it without my cpap to see how it works, I have mild apnea. I do suggest trying it, it’s inexpensive and will give you an idea if a mouth guard might work for you. It’s made of a semi hard rubbery material. It’s soft enough not to be too uncomfortable, I trimmed mine a little and it felt better. When I heated it and fitted it as per the instructions, it didn’t leave very deep impressions. It’s not bad for the price

Good phone

The phone was new. I like the ability to put a storage card in it. Everything about the sale was good. I don’t know what a small form factor is, this is a nice size phone
