  Package arrived in good condition and was packed very well. Unfortunately the Blu-ray drive inside i orderd seemed to have been damaged in shipping or just decided to go bad somewhere between them sending it and me receving it and wouldn't work properly. I contacted seller and they did their best to try and troubleshoot with me and then promptly refunded me upon coming to that conclusion. They even told me keep the drive as a coaster. Probably one of my best experiences with this type of issue.
