Superb communication and answered difficult questions with absolute knowledge
Recently we purchased this replacement dish-rack for a 5-6 yr old Maytag dishwasher. The original rack has a rubberized coating that actually melted off because of the heating coil and then the metal began to rust! Now who wants to consume rust? No one correct? Anyways, when we received the replacement rack, it wasn't the actual OEM rack, although it fit perfectly and worked perfectly as well. Come to find out, after extensive research, The rack that was sent to us was 10X better than the original. It is a stainless steel rack which I was informed that it will not rust~! We are thrilled to find this out because of the inferior original bottom rack isn't even being sold by the manufacturer anymore and they only sell stainless steel replacements. I am assuming because of so many others who had issues similar to ours. Thank you so much and will recommend your services to others in a NY second!
