  I would not recommend this seller. I ordered and purchased a specific brand item that was listed by the seller however I received a completely different brand item. This is not what I wanted or ordered. I requested a full refund from the seller and they were not willing. You can’t advertise a specific brand item then send the customer something completely different box and all. Not acceptable

  Item shipped quickly but was definitely not a new item. It arrived in rough shape and looked pretty beat up. Although the seller does not accept returns, I was refunded by the eBay buyback guarantee. They never sent me a return slip, but I had to dispose of it anyway, because it didn’t even function at all. Disappointed because I really wanted/needed this for my python.
