Full range a little misleading
I like the price, small size and power handling specs. One small issue is that the first half to two thirds of the knob rotation produces no light, then the remainder of the rotation is normal.

It just works.
works as expected. each sponge expands to about 3/16" (5mm) when moistened. I used 2 sponges in my Weller soldering iron station to fill the space. So far, no damage from hot soldering iron.

Good price, OK quality.
Bought this wire for a custom lamp project involving the use of cord grips (strain reliefs). All was going OK until I snagged the covering of this wire with a cord grip. Although a minor injury, it was an unsightly boo-boo until I repaired it with rubber cement.
