Works but poor craftsmanship

Functionality it works. But was delivered with ever bolt holding it onto the frame ripped thru the cheap plastic and the soap dispenser was also torn oft. Some washer would be a good addition to the assembly or at the very least a better job packing it. I'm guessing this is why it was supposedly reconditioned except they forgot to actually fix it. Disappointed
