I love this stock
2 of 2 found this helpful I’ve watched many reviews of this stock for both Mossberg 500’s and Maverick 88’s. I was sold on the ergonomics of the stock and the fact that it doesn’t hinder the use of the action bar release like the pistol grip with adjustable stocks do. After attaching the stock, it felt amazing! It’s awesome how much this changed the feel of the shotgun. I have definitely made the right choice with this one. It’s extremely sturdy, and just looks badass. You can’t go wrong with this one, especially if you’re looking to get a tactical stock which doesn’t effect the normal functionality of the action bar release. You will, however, need to remove the stock to remove the trigger assembly, so I would suggest that Magpul addresses this issue. I can use a rotary tool (Dremel), with a round bit to carve out the area around the trigger to make it so I can remove the trigger without removing the stock, but for now, I don’t want to carve into my brand new stock. No other negatives to report, and all in all, the pros definitely outweigh the 1 con imho.
