  As you asked I contacted the seller, but to no avail. He stated it was shipped in good condition and I needed to contact the Post Office and make a claim. He never admitted that he made a mistake and didn't list a scale, therefore I purchased the car with the thought of it being an HO scale since the search parameters that I used were for an HO scale not an N scale as it turned out to be.
