Works but w. component changes.
3 of 3 found this helpful Same complaint as n0pnp2002, the power capacitor in the supplied kit was rated 10VDC when the input voltage is 12VDC. I hooked it up, and the cap got very very hot, so I put in a "junk box" 100mf, 35V cap, works fine. The listing I bought from showed a 14 pin DIP socket to put the IC in, it was not supplied. Once again, junk box to the rescue. The pricing made these "oops" ok, but not perfect. The current listing shows a beefier cap, maybe it's rated for a higher voltage than 10V. As far as putting out the signals, it works fine for the purpose I wanted and was easier than etching my own board.

Not wireless with a pc.
I wanted a wireless cam for my windows pc, however the CMS s/w provided in the link for a windows pc works ONLY for a wired connection. There's no way to get it to wireless mode w. a pc. Reading reviews on the web say the same thing, it's unfortunate that I didn't read these reviews before I bought this. Maybe it will work wireless w. a phone with the other s/w, don't know, I didn't buy it for use w. a phone. The s/w will pan and tilt as long as there's a wired internet connection so it's not totally bad. It seems that it should be able to do wireless to a pc, but there's no free CMS s/w written for that purpose and I don't know enough to write my own wireless s/w.
