Faulty Product.

Bought this grate on the 4 of December, Due to the very warm weather this year in Raleigh, North Caolina, I have not started a fire till Monday of this week, I burn the fireplace for three hours and the grate has melted and creaked and has large holes. This grate should be replaced with another one that is worth the money I paid..not to last three hours.......
