Very Precise and Accurate for the price.
Very precise and accurate according to 3 other micrometers I have had the chance to come by including a Sterrett. This micrometer also comes with a certificate that states the in-close standard is traceable back to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. While calibrating to the standard, I noted the well matched parallelism between spindle and anvil. It has a smooth friction ratchet thimble, which is made of plastic as well as the digital display frame, but is well made and sturdy beside that fact. The addition of the absolute and relative measurements button makes this a handy tool.

Great board and hard to beat the price for what you get.
1 of 1 found this helpful Built my own 3d printer and this board works great, accidentally shorted some of the wires while setting it up and testing, but it kept going. Works well at 250,000baud, and even hooked it up to a graphics screen and SD card reader. No problems programing it (used Arduino compiler), pushed 240W of power through it for the fans, extruder, heated bed, and motors and it runs warm but I just put a computer fan on top of it and not a single problem.

You get what you payed for.
About as china as they get, doesn't come quite as nice or exactly as is in the picture. Large flat nose, plunger is a rough setting action, and clean out rod is way smaller than nozzle inside diameter and only clogs the nose up rather than cleaning it out and keeping it clear. The spring is also below the plunger and will get junked up with bits of solder over use. You get what you pay for, but if all you want is cheap, yeah it will work.
