Perfect
Almost perfect replacement for the original part! I did have to cut and splice the hot wire going to the lights because both ends had male connectors. The white wire going to the lights and the square multi-pin connector going to the fan fit perfectly!
The fan was buzzing loudly, especially on low speed. Now it’s quiet again.
So convenient that all the electronics are inside the light kit, so I could access and replace it without taking the motor assembly apart. I was glad to be able to find this replacement part!
Make sure you press the release tab on the connector from the fan when disconnecting the old one.

Perfect replacement
This is a perfect replacement for the original power cord, which I lost.

Not as good as ultra floss
These pull out in individual strands. It has a stiff end that's useful for getting under bridges. The ultra floss segment is too short. The rest of it is nearly useless. It comes in a convenient package and you can pull out one strand at a time. I tried to purchase non-mint and received mint.
