  The box was in worse condition than shown in pics. It had crinkled on top that were not shown. Plastic seal & overall box looked old & dirty somewhat. Due to the angles & reflection on pics he listed did not show these imperfections but should have been mentioned. I was very disappointed in the condition & couldnt give it as a gift as I planned. When I contacted the seller, seller did respond immediately but offered no solution whatsoever & didn't even apologize. I'd never buy from this seller.

  I received the wrong controller. I ordered the MV100 but received the MY-104 which does not have a high enough temperature range as per the labeling on the component. Attempted to contact the seller to resolve the issue. 28 days later the seller still has not responded
