Defiant daylight timer
3 of 3 found this helpful The programmable options allowed me to program the exact schedule I wanted - turns on at dusk and turns off at 4:00am everyday. The button on the front allows a one touch override to turn the lights on/off for one cycle of the program. The LCD temporarily glows blue when manually turning the lights on/off. Despite No battery, the program and clock remain set when the power is cut. My only complaint is that the brightness of the LCD foreground numbers is too low - hard to see even with the blue backlight - see pictures. Beware if you plan to install as a three-way that powers an LED bulb, it will fail - switch the bulb to incandescent and the three-way will work. Overall satisfied - I installed two of these.
