Just what I needed

Nice upgrade
The Vortex II fan is a nice upgrade to your standard RV bathroom fan. Three speeds of exhausting and two speeds on intake. A little quieter than the original fan, even on high speed. Easy to remove the screen for cleaning. The only downside is no instructions. There are some 3rd-party installation videos on YouTube. If you are handy at DIY projects you'll be able to figure it out.

Nice '69 model
Model looks great. Haven't assembled it yet. My only disappointment was that the wheels came chromed instead of gray-spoked, as shown on the box. No problem, that's what paint is for.
