Works well but there's a glitch.

Works well but on some of the songs the first letter of the song title and the song artist are missing on the display. Same glitch when trying to look up a song or artist. The bottom of the player has REFURB stamped into it, so that may explain the problem. I have tried to update the firmware but the glitch didn't go away. Overall I am satisfied with the mp3 player because it does work as it's supposed to, just with that little glitch.
