Great fitness tracker!
I had the old flex for 3 years. I was excited to upgrade to the Alta HR. It is about the same size and weight and it has so many awesome features. I love that it has the HR monitor, I can read my steps on my wrist, get call and text notifications and I can use it and wear it like a watch, it is great! It has an average battery life. It lasts me 4 days before needing charged. The only reason why I am giving 4 out of 5 stars is I accidentally smacked my wrist on a door frame and it scratched the surface of the screen. It is only noticeable to me I am sure but I felt bad that I only have had it for a few weeks and already scratched it. The flex was a bit more forgiving for my clumsy moments. Overall I am very pleased with the product.
