  Very fair price but perhaps that was the clue: reel was not in "great condition" or even good, as reel had easy-to-see- in- person bent axle, wrong handle (on me for not noticing), handle swivel pin was a bit of clipped nail (not visible in photos). But the spare spools look ok. It'll serve as a parts reel and perhaps can be repaired at some cost, but an accurate description would have helped. Good communication, quick shipping, good packaging.
