  packaging and shipping were good but one of the cues has cracks at the joint collar that were not listed in the description of condition.

  review is unfair. What buyer claims to be cracks are likely not cracks..The cue is true, and the area in question is under the surface, and stained, implying it has been there since new. I was totally unaware of this supposed flaw....ther4e is absolutely nothing wron with the item!!!!
