New RC Boat Owner
I've gone through (3) $70 boats lol over the last few years and wanted something that I could repair if a part broke.
Reviews on the spartan on RC forums were hot and cold. I took a gamble and ordered some upgrade parts right away.
The stock waterjacket for the motor is garbage and the boat will have cooling issues on 6s. I put on a dual pickup rudder and new water jacket from Hot Racing. Added weatherstripping to the opening / hatch.
The boat is plenty fast for me and my boys on 4s. When I run it on 6s, its wicked fast. It's hard to run unless the water is relatively smooth.
I'm not sure how the boat compared to other hobby boats, but I'm very happy with my purchase.

Does not fit stock slipper bearing
Doesn't fit my stock stampede 4x4 slipper. The stock bearing or any bearing I have does not fit the center hole. Threw in the trash.

Nice Wisconsin Plates
1 of 1 found this helpful I will be ordering additional sets for my other atv's. Plates are high quality and won't get damaged like stickered plates. These also won't bend or scratch like my current aluminum plates. Highly recommended.
