  I put a five dollar bill on eBay for my 10 year old son which sold for $5. Unfortunately I forgot about it, because I don’t use eBay that often. The buyer did message me twice, and I didn’t see it until today, two months later. eBay refunded the buyer the money plus shipping which was collected. I’ve apologized to the buyer, and explained to him what happened. That’s all I can do at this point. The bill had no more than face value.
