it is unsatisfactory
This item ha become intermittent as it only works part of the time. I'm watching and waiting for it to fail. When it does quit operation, that is performance beyond intermittency, I expect to submit a claim against the insurance which I bought at the time of purchase.
You got a "well designed" rating because I have previously owned this exact product and it performed flawlessly
