Definitely worth the value, it's a great product overall.
This audio book was very informative and the techniques easy to apply. Many of the tools discussed fall into the 'common sense' category in terms of dealing with people in a corporate environment, while others were quite surprising to learn. The narrator becomes a bit tiresome at times but does a great job with getting to the point the author is trying to make.

Not better or worse than the original, just a slightly modified version that, in my opinion, adds to the appeal of the film!
While most people prefer the original I thoroughly enjoy the director's cut. The original is of course a masterpiece however the director's cut allows for more intimate character depth by allowing more details of personal events that have wide ranging affects throughout the film. A perfect example is Salieri's dilemma when Constanza visits him in order to persuade Salieri to assist with Mozart's bid to a royal appointment. This scene, as well as the few that followed, don't appear in the original version, but clearly express Salieri's sincere conflict at having to battle his natural benevolence and frustration towards God, for his having granted Mozart the talent and success Salieri felt entitled to. F Murray Abraham brilliantly expresses Salieri's internal struggle stemming from deciding to strike at Mozart by coveting his wife, as well as deliberately failing to help him, or being partially noble in declining to follow through with his "offer" to assist Constanza the favor she asks of him. It is a superbly acted and poignant moment demonstrating the talented cast's ability to draw the viewer more and more into the story.

OEM Part
I wasn't sure about purchasing an item like this online, especially for the price, which was almost 70% less than any local auto parts store in my area, but I went ahead and ordered the two items. They arrived quickly, in vacuum sealed, Toyota plastic and were identical to stock images I found of the same part(s). My mechanic confirmed they were genuine and replaced them within 3 hours. My Highlander has been running extremely well ever since.
