    Awesome tree, pictures didn’t do it justice. Full developed root system and ready to be potted up. It was better than described and a killer value. Quick shipping and great communication with the seller. Packaging was also excellent and the tree arrived in perfect shape. Look forward to shopping with them again in the future.

    Seller proactively reached out and let me know it would be best to ship following week to avoid holiday and plant being stuck in transit over weekend. Still got stuck over the following weekend, but not for seller's lack of trying. Plant arrived so well packaged that soil was still wet! Looked healthy. Would purchase again.

    I purchased 6 trees from this seller. One of the rare trees had some leaf scorch. It wasn't up to his standard of quality to ship so he told me what happened and offered me a refund. He was willing to sacrifice a sale on an expensive tree to ensure I did not receive a subpar tree. We agreed that he would tend to the tree, and ship it to me once it is back to full health. Ton of integrity, great communication, superb customer service, and top quality trees. Oh and the other 5 trees were emaculate

    What a great tree I received. So well packed that even though UPS tried to play football with the shipping box, the tree inside was unharmed. Very fast delivery and great communication.

    Shipping... holding the plant a few days so it does not sit in a hot warehouse just made the shipping time longer and at the end of the week it sat in a hot warehouse until the next Monday. Just saying you might want to rethink that or stop advertising it. It arrived well packed and appears to be healthy. We look forward to raising it. Thank you.

    The first order was better than I could have hoped for. The second order was not weeping. It was sobbing. Somehow the stake inside the box broke in transit and so my tree arrived in half. I contacted the seller and he replaced snd this tree today is so beautiful. It is huge with lots of new candles growing on it.
