Lightweight and it works
With so many duds out there I was worried but it was my lucky day and I got one that works. The directions are a bit confusing but youtube is great. I was setup and running in about 15 minutes. I did two trial runs - a garden flag and some popsicle coozies. Adhesion was perfect at 332F (split the difference of 330-335F for Thermoflex Plus) for 20 seconds. P-1 is temp, P-2 is the timer, don't mess with any other P settings unless something needs calibrated.
Pro/Con (depends) - it is lightweight (easy for a woman to pick up and move around) but like any swing away can topple. Be sure to place it on a wide enough stand so if it does tip it doesn't hit the floor.
Con - it is small but I knew this when I bought it and am not complaining. Yeah, so you might have to press twice for larger shirts/designs but no big whoop, still better then ironing!
24 hours in and I'm happy...we'll see what the future holds.

Product works great and is so much easier than cutting by hand
I've had a few dies that have left a few strands uncut but this one worked great. Fall is my favorite season so I see this die getting tons of use. If you are a newbie quilter and on the fence about investing in a cutter, do it. It makes things so much easier and they offer the embroidery machine designs that work with these shapes too so you can embroider them on or just fuse with heat n bond and do a quick stitch around the edge with your sewing machine. I know the whole set up can be costly but also see if people in your area have one and start a trade co-op, where you trade cutting shapes for them in turn for them cutting shapes for you!

Better than cutting by hand!
I've had issues with a few dies leaving one or two strands uncut but this die worked great, even with all the tiny corner, nooks and crannies. Well worth the money if you are going to use it at least a few times.
