Defect
Defective. After install, found that power level button not working, likely the reason for the open box status. Best Buy very cooperative about return/alternate purchase.

Great product!
1 of 1 found this helpful Great solution to avoid a total bath remodel. Easy to cut down to smaller length, just pull off the spring pin, cut, and reinsert pin, all in about 2 minutes.
